Terms of Service

Delivery and Cancellation Terms

Delivery

We usually deliver and install AC's and heat pumps within 2–4 weeks of order confirmation. The order is only confirmed once the housing company has processed the renovation notice and approved the installation. The installation time is always agreed separately with the customer.

We reserve the right to change delivery times, for example due to availability issues or other reasons beyond our control. We'll notify you of any change promptly and agree on a new time.

Consumer's right of withdrawal (distance and off-premises sales)

When you place an order through our website, by phone, by email, or during a visit to your home, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. This right doesn't apply to orders placed by visiting our premises.

The deadline is calculated:

• for the device, from when you received it, and
• for the installation service, from when the contract was made.

You can cancel informally or using a withdrawal form, sent to your contact person or tomyynti@coolflat.fi.

Starting work during the withdrawal period. If you ask us to start installation before the 14-day period has ended, we'll ask for your explicit consent to do so. If you then withdraw from the contract partway through the work, you'll need to pay a reasonable amount for the work done and any non-returnable materials used up to that point. If the work is fully completed with your consent during the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal ends.

Rescheduling and cancellation (outside the withdrawal period)

The following fees apply to situations where the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies. Fees are based on the real costs incurred by us.

Rescheduling the installation:

• At least 24h before the agreed time: free
• Less than 24h before installation: €100
• If the installer is already en route or on site: plus actual travel and labor costs

Cancellation:

• At least 3 business days before: free (excluding materials ordered specifically for you)
• Less than 3 business days before: €150 + non-returnable materials + any travel costs

Other terms

Force majeure. Neither party is liable for a delay caused by force majeure (e.g. illness, weather or traffic conditions, a supply disruption). In such cases we'll agree on a new time at no extra cost.

Notices. Send rescheduling and cancellation notices to your contact person or by email tomyynti@coolflat.fi. A notice is considered received once we've received it.

Mandatory consumer-protection legislation always takes precedence over these terms.
