Order or request a quote
Order the model and installation package that suits your home from our online shop, or fill out the quote request form in 2 minutes. We'll get in touch with a suggested air conditioner or heat pump model and a transparent price for the whole package.
All orders are confirmed only once the housing company has approved the installation description.
We schedule a planning visit
We'll arrange a planning visit if needed, either on-site (Greater Helsinki) or remotely (rest of Uusimaa). If an air conditioner or heat pump can't be installed in your home, you pay nothing.
Getting an air conditioner or heat pump installation approved by a housing company can take over a month, so it's worth starting early.
We handle the paperwork with your housing company
Our team draws up the installation plan. You'll get a power of attorney to sign, which we use to file the renovation notice with your housing company.
* Some housing companies require the renovation notice to be filed through a resident portal instead. In these cases we'll walk you through exactly how to fill out the form.
If the housing company rejects the project for any reason, you pay nothing.
Fast installation
Once your renovation notice is approved, we install your air conditioner or heat pump within about 1–2 weeks. Installation takes about 5 hours on average. We also remove and recycle your old unit for free, if needed.
Worry-free upkeep
Every installation comes with a 3-year warranty for peace of mind. Your air conditioner or heat pump itself carries at least a 2-year device warranty. With a Coolflat Care service plan, we'll check and service it every other year.

Can I install an air conditioner or heat pump in an apartment building?+
Under a Finnish Supreme Court ruling (KKO 2021:32), a housing company can't refuse a shareholder's request to install an air conditioner or heat pump on their balcony without a valid reason. The housing company can still set conditions, e.g. to prevent noise nuisance or protect the building structure. If the installation would cause unreasonable harm to the company or other shareholders, the housing company can decline.
